A Product of North Carolina Public Schools I am a proud product of the North Carolina public school system. From my early days at Mallard Creek Elementary to my time at Spaugh Middle and Harding High School, the education I received here shaped my life. I didn’t just learn subjects in those classrooms; I learned the value of community and the power of dedicated mentorship. Several teachers—who saw my potential before I did—inspired me to become the advocate and the man I am today. I am running for School Board to ensure that same spark is ignited for every student in Union County.

A Parent’s Perspective My commitment to our schools isn't just professional; it’s deeply personal. I currently have one daughter in the Union County public school system, with another starting next year. Like every parent in District 6, I want my children to have access to a world-class education. My goal is to work tirelessly to ensure the education they receive is even stronger, more innovative, and more supportive than the one I had years ago.

Advocating for Our Community In my professional life as an attorney, I spend every day fighting for individuals navigating complex systems. I know how to listen, how to ask the tough questions, and how to hold institutions accountable. I’m ready to bring that same legal expertise and "people-first" mindset to the Board of Education to advocate for our teachers, our parents, and—most importantly—our students.
